First time at this restaurant, would go again! The apps were delicious! Came in on a Saturday evening at the start of dinner rush. What was weird, was that we were told we had to wait a few minutes (completely fine) but we were not asked to give our name. That did make it a hassle when the time came to start seating parties. But after about 20 minutes, were we able to get seated.
The fried calamari was some of the best I’ve had. The crab bites had a kick, but were still flavorful. There were three in my party and we all had the same entree. The only difference was that I got a boiled lobster with the lemon garlic butter. The butter had a weird texture, but also, I’m not sure if I am a lobster fan. Still a great dish, but personally, I would just get the burger and fries. I would have preferred a brioche bun instead of the seeded. But the homemade pickles and the fries were amazing! Also, the La Paloma margarita were delicious and definitely worth a second round.

I am appalled at the way Black people are treated at this location. I presented a receipt for two sh…
irts ($49.99 each – total $99.98 ) that I chose to return. The shirts were in perfect condition with tags on. The items were purchased on 8/18 – 32 days before. The same items were still being sold at this location for the same price. I chose to return the items and purchase 2 new items totaling $109.00. I was told that I was not permitted to make the return. The manager stated that no returns ware accepted beyond 30 days. Despite this, I still decided to purchase the two items for $109. Getting a printed receipt was a protracted process because the salesclerk refused to provide the manager’s name but insisted that I get the print out from a manager on the upper level. Two customers quietly informed me that this policy did not apply to everyone because they had returned items beyond the 30 day period.
As I approached the store’s exit, I witnessed a young Black man in distress. He stated that he purchased a pair of black pants a few days before at the same store, yet the manager, had the pants removed from his backpack, and after scanning the item, accused him of stealing the item. She refused to give him the pants back. He did not have a receipt because he made the purchase days before. At that time, he did not provide a telephone number at check out. He begged the store to review its camera footage to follow his path in the store. The manger refused to conduct a review and would not return the pants to him.
I offered to purchase the pants but the young man stated that he didn’t want to purchase the item twice. This respectful young man had just worked a 12 hour shift at a hospital. He showed me his ID and the scrubs he wore at work. My heart hurt for him! I would never want this to happen to either of my sons.

I called the store about a refund and they told me that I would have to write an email in order to do so which I find is the most ridiculous thing I’ve ever heard. For me not to be able to speak to a person and not get my money back as quickly as it was taken nor a call or follow up on a delivery that cannot be made. Was just all around horrible customer service to this point. At what point does someone place an order that cannot be completed and then the customer has to reach out to find out where is their food is and or money. This is a learning experience for me and one I will never repeat. People else where will be happy to receive my business. Called the store so I can get the number of the store to place a refund request through the email the told me. And since I placed an order online and never received a recite I could not complete the email to do a refund cause the associate in the store stopped picking up calls to my number. Just a horrible experience with this franchise.
